Split Face -- only one eyebrow

Sorry for the confusion...

In the previous post, I was referring to alopecia areata with eyebrow involvement. I have not tried it for madarosis (loss of eyelashes), as I've not yet had the oportunity. However, for alopecia areata affecting the eyebrow, I have used it. In my small series of 4 patients - each of whom were treated only on one side for 4-6 weeks, all noticed improvement and elected to treat b/l.

I too have found this to be an exciting medication, to which I have had some success with. Often I start with split face treatment to prove efficacy to both the patient and myself.

Wouldn't it be great to have a new class of drugs for alopecia!! In my experience, the use of these medications for the treatment of alopecia of eyebrows and eyelashes has been wonderful.
